Hello everyone! This week was pretty exciting for me because I got to be part of Fort Worth Fabric Studio's Christmas in July event. For the entire month of July, they will be posting Christmas related tutorials from different bloggers, and they will also be having a giveaway each week. I was really excited to jump online Thursday to see my tutorial for my Boxing Day Block up on their site!!! The block is 20.5" so you could use it for a quilt, or make a cushion out of it. You can't tell from the photo, but mine is actually cushion cover turned wall-hanging. At first I added the back for a cushion cover, but then decided I wanted to hang it up, so I added the binding afterward. If you end up checking out the tutorial, and have any feedback, please let me know:)
Tomorrow they're going to be having a giveaway, so you should jump on over and enter to win and check out some of the really cute tutorials they have. Here's the schedule for the rest of the month:
July 13: Giveaway: Half Yard Bundle
July 15: Christmas Table Runner: FWFS
July 17: Paula: The Sassy Quilter
July 20: Giveaway: Half Yard Bundle
July 22: 1930's Christmas Quilt Free Pattern: FWFS
July 24: Kim: Charm and Whimsy
July 27: Giveaway: Half Yard Bundle
July 29: TBA
July 31: Melissa: My Fabric Relish
Thanks so much for stopping by. I know I haven't posted a lot lately, so I appreciate you still coming by to visit:) Hopefully very soon, I'll have my projects finished to show you! Here's to hoping.
